I was so happy to receive my pre-order much faster than expected! However, I was disappointed with how UPS handled the delivery. They left the package in plain sight of passersby and in a spot heavily exposed to direct sunlight. The paddle was actually hot to the touch when I took it out of the box. Great service from the company, but UPS needs to be more careful with where they drop off packages.
