Paddles
All paddles have a Limited 12-month structural warranty against manufacturer defects and workmanship of the paddle. 

Bags & Backpacks
Bags and backpacks are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, which includes defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Paddles

Try it for 7 days. If it's not for you, return it in as-new condition with original packaging for a full refund. Returns after 7 days (up to 30 days) are accepted in as-new to lightly used condition with a 20% restocking fee.

Return shipping is at your cost. Damaged paddles (scuffed edgeguards, marked faces, stained grips, signs of heavy use) are not eligible for refund. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of receipt.

Apparel & Accessories

Exchange or return within 10 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn and in original packaging. Returns incur a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping is at your cost.
