I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with Six Zero. Despite purchasing the RubyPro paddle, it fell short of my expectations. When I attempted to return it after only two days of use, the process was marred by inefficiencies. The support team's delayed response, taking a full 24 hours, was only the beginning. They seemed reluctant to accept the return, instead trying to persuade me to keep the paddle, implying that obtaining a refund would be a challenge. I was forced to send multiple emails detailing my situation before they finally accepted the return. This experience has left a sour taste, and I'm questioning the quality of their paddles. If they're truly confident in their products, why the hesitation to accept returns within a reasonable timeframe? Furthermore, why push customers to keep a product they're not satisfied with, and why make the refund process so difficult? As a result, I've decided to cancel my plans to purchase the new coral paddle.
