The best paddle I’ve had so far! Beautiful control and gives me the perfect speed and control I need. I tell everyone to get it! This is by far the best out of all the paddles I have bought. I love 6.0!

You sent the wrong padfle

Bought my SixZero Ruby Pro at my local club. Had played their demo was looking for same grit & spin. This paddle even new did not have much if any of the diamond grit that lasts3x. Owned for 2 weeks both my original Rubys shape shots and spin serves better. Not sure why all 3 of the Ruby Pros in stock lacked grit? Mine after 2 weeks of play is smooth. Thank you George

I like this as much or maybe more than the boomstick.

My friend got a Ruby Pro in November and the surface have a lot of grit..rough surface.

The one that I received last week has a smoother surface.
I was under the impression that what I was getting is one with the rougher surface and not this one.

I purchased mine from Pickleball Central and I have returned it.

So what changed between last year's Ruby Pro and this year's Ruby Pro?

This is the 2nd time that I am posting this review.
Six Zero sent me an email that they will get in touch with me.
Then they sent a follow-up email on how they did?

Grrrr....

My friend got one last year and it has a rough texture. The one that I received yesterday was smoother. My expectation was I was buying a paddle with the same rough texture and not a smoother texture.

Was there a change done?

I will be returning this one.

You will not find another paddle that has a surface like the Ruby Pro. Loved playing with it.

The Ruby Pro is very different to the Ruby… it has the control of the DBD but with much much more power, pop and spin… a very nice paddle…congrats to Six Zero

The is my main paddle for singles play bc it has the pop, power and control that suits my style. Spin is top notch also. Crazy amount of grit ! I get a lot more passing shots that are low and fast compared to the 14 Ruby. Pro tip: to save.

Crazy good paddle. Enhanced spin, power and control. Increased stability on shots and spin on slices and topspin. The power coming off the Ruby Pro is amazing.

This review is about the Ruby Pro and Six Zero's customer service. I live in US and bought the Ruby Pro the end of January this year. Came from the DBD so there was a learning curve adjustment. I was playing fairly regular during the year but the last 2 months 3X a week. 2 weeks ago I noticed a dead spot pretty much in the center of the paddle that affected my play. Sounded different as well. Emailed with customer service explaining what was happening so I included a video showing the dead spot and they responded the next day. Explained to me the paddle had an area beginning to delaminate. They told me they would sent out a replacement asap. This is why I'll only be using Six Zero paddles going forward. They stand behind their products and rectified my issue immediately. I loved my DBD and love the Ruby Pro. I have no reason to try another brand especially how they'd handled my issue. I’ll be honest I was really unhappy about the grit being adjusted I was expecting a very gritty surface based on the YouTube videos from 10 months ago. I complained to customer support and really after hitting it the first time and then receiving their response and explanation I was pretty sure I was going to return it. I went out a second day with it and it started to feel pretty good especially the control and spin. I have elite paddle speed so this paddle really rewards players who have that by day three I wasn’t missing anything hitting spot after spot from both wings. The only thing I wish it had more of was raw power perhaps the weights will help I didn’t purchase those but I have natural power so the loss of a couple mph isnt a big deal for me. What I needed was more spin and control which this paddle gives. I definitely recommend it if you have a similar game I’m an athletic baseliner so hopefully this solves my issue and I can turn pro eventually that’s the goal.

I have only used six zero paddle with Double black Diamond being the GOAT for me. Loved the Grit and power on this paddle but core got crushed after 2 months of playing. I only play once a week so was surprised.
Any one else had this issue.

I strongly advise against making any purchases from Six Zero due to their inadequate customer support and return and refund policies. My experience with their inspection process for a paddle was marred by unnecessary delays and a lack of confirmation regarding a refund. I recommend exploring alternative companies for pickle ball paddles, and only consider Six Zero if you're certain you won't need to return the paddle. There are other companies, such as 11six24, Bread and Butter, SlK, Crbn, and Joola, that offer better support.

They sent me a scratched paddle. Instead of shipping a new one they wanted me to waste my time with return packaging and all. Such a cheap company. I’ll never do business with this company again.
